Copy/Move Paid Time Off

Previously created Paid Time Off with assigned employees can be moved or copied to another day
 
 1. If PTO Schedule module is not displayed, select PTO Schedule from the Module Menu or from the extra drop down menu
 
2a. In Monthly view, to move Paid Time Off, select and drag Paid Time Off item to another day
   
2b. To move or copy Paid Time Off to another day, select PTO items and click on Copy To or Move from the Menu
3. Select the date where you want to copy or move selected Paid Time Offs and click on Copy or Move button
Note: If you select more than 1 Paid Time Off on different days, then all items will be moved maintaining the sequence starting from the selected date.
