Sometimes it is necessary to delete registrations. For example, if employee punched out, but then was asked to stay at work for few more hours. Manager might need to delete that registration from the system.
If Attendance module is not displayed, select Attendance from the Module Menuor from the extra drop down menu
2. Click on the employee you want to edit time for
3. Make sure you have a date range selected where you want to add registration
4. Click on the arrow beside registration you want to edit or select Delete Registration from the Registration dropdown menu
5. You can optionally enter a reason for deleting this registration, then press Delete button
After deletion
All registration will be re-calculated and adjusted
You can view Deleted Registrations panel and restore if necessary (Not available in Express edition).
