Department or Sub-Department Name

  The name of the department or sub-department where employee is being added.   This is read-only field. If department or sub-department is incorrect, then cancel changes and select the correct department or sub-department before proceeding.

Employee Number

  A unique employee number.  The employee number must be unique within your whole organization and between 1 and 999999999.  Later, when you will be setting up employees at the device, you will need to make sure that the employee number is the same in Midex Time Control and device.

First Name

  Employee’s first name

Last Name

  Employee’s last name

Middle Name

  Employee’s middle name.  This field is optional.

Active Employee

  Indicates if this employee is presently working for the company.  In the future, when employee is no longer with the company, you can uncheck this checkbox, making an employee inactive.  This means that the employee cannot clock in any more, but all registration records are still in the system for future reference.

Employee Type

Set type of employee:  Full-Time, Part-Time, Temporary, Co-Op or Contract

Pay Type

Set Pay Type: Hourly or Salary
